Feminism, women empowerment, the colour pink matters; these are a few phrases that we all hear being thrown around like confetti, these days. In a society, which is as evolved as ours is, why is so much attention generated by the fact that the women living in the 21st century, feel a pressing need to be empowered? Human psychology states that, until a person isn’t made to feel the absence of something vital, they tend to take the same for granted. Since a long time, women have been made to assume their status of weakness, submission and timidity as opposed to their care-taker status, which is offered so very pompously to men. When this superiority, is removed from the equation, there remains a level playing ground for men and women, to see each other as equals.
